For one client only. Sessions are 75 minutes.
Private Sessions:
- Must be consecutive. Meeting on a weekly schedule to be beneficial to you to achieve your intentions.
(If, however you need to change your scheduled time or day I will work with you.)
- Is a deeper practice than just taking a class, working to bring balance in the spirit, soul & body. $ sessions will just begin to tap into the issues that we are working on.
- Work primarily on your specific needs whether physical, spiritual, emotional, mental, or a combination of all.
- Christian Ministry and Spiritual Guidance are done in Private Sessions.

a 10 minute Final Relaxing Savasana.
You will find rest and stability in the poses with the
help and guidance of an experienced teacher.
If you prefer that OHY comes to you
please be sure to ask about OHY
supplying yoga mats and props for your comfort.
